Tracey Woods is a strategic leader in the Energy sector who has demonstrated success leading operational business units for several regulated electric and gas utilities. A collaborative manager who has optimized productivity in every assignment, Tracey can be credited with consistent execution of major capital equipment construction, maintenance and repair projects -safely, within scope, on time, and on budget. The result has been quantitative improvement in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Tracey is an industry veteran with 30 years experience in emergency and storm management, leading power restoration efforts in major grid system disturbances up to and including Superstorm Sandy.
Tracey is committed to preparing the next generation of technically qualified leaders through participation with American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) and FIRST Robotics programs and activities. His specialities include: Degreed Electrical (Power) Engineer specializing in Utility Operations and Management with thirty years of experience. He has an extensive background in Aerial Lines, Substations, Facilities Operations, Root Cause Analysis and Methods, Training, Transmission Operations, and Engineering/Design Management.
