James Weber

Software Engineering Leader and Systems Sales Engineer, Lutron

James started his career at Lutron developing software to facilitate design, installation, and programming of custom smart home light, shade, and HVAC control systems. Since then, he has lead software and product development teams. In 2016, he opened Lutron’s third remote engineering office in Philadelphia, PA. James recently joined the Lutron’s Mid-Atlantic Commercial Sales team and is providing training and technical expertise to customers and sales representatives in the region.
